What Gistify-It stores
Your email address and an account identifier. That is what runs the invite-only beta: access requests, sign-in, and your usage quota.
What it does not store
The content you paste and the notes the app writes stay on your machine. The one exception is the pattern run you start yourself: it sends your pasted text or transcript to Azure OpenAI or Google Gemini to produce the result. Neither vendor uses that content to train their models. The result is returned to your machine, not kept on our servers.
Analytics on this website
This website (not the app) uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. It does not track you across other websites, and we don't sell that data. If you'd rather not be tracked, most browsers and ad-blocking extensions let you block analytics scripts.
No ads, no selling data
We do not show ads, we do not resell analytics, and we do not sell your data.
Beta data deletion
Beta accounts and their data are deleted when the beta ends on 15 September 2026. You can also ask for deletion at any time by emailing beta-testers@gistify-it.ai.
